All items on our website includes Postage, Packaging and Insurance to UK and Channel Islands Only - the price you see is the price you pay (UK & Channel Islands Only) For Overseas customers please email us at info@sophiesachs.co.uk for further information. Please note: We respect your privacy and your right to secure transactions. We don't sell or pass on any of your personal information, including your email address, to others. All credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Once your information has been used to gain payment - your card number is deleted from our system no permanent record is kept by us of your credit/debit card number. All funds must be cleared before any goods are despatched

How do I order online? 1. Add goods to your basket by clicking the 'BUY' button next to item. 2. Select a Payment Method where you can choose from credit and debit card, cheque, Bank Transfer, Internet Banking, Cheque, International Money Order/Bank Draft 3. Fill out all necessary details 4. Move to the check out payment page (button at bottom of page) fill in your credit card details and press the submit button. 5. Please be patient while your details are processed. 6. During the final checkout section you will be asked to enter your card payment details. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, UK Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Delta 7. When the order is processed you will receive an online confirmation. Please print this as proof of your purchase. In addition you will receive an email confirmation too. Our acceptance of an order takes place on payment of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order.

Payment Options We use the highest security available to make your credit card transaction. We can take money using Protx, Bank Transfer, Cheque Paying by Credit & Debit Cards are for UK residents only - Mastercard, VisaUK, Maestro,Visa Debit, Visa Delta Debit or Maestro card - There is no handling charge for these card payments All major credit cards - All credit card transactions handling charge are included in the total balance of the item. We do NOT accept payments by Amex, Diners Club or JCB Paying by Cheque (UK residents only) You may pay by cheque in British Pounds Sterling ONLY if you live in the UK. Subject to full bank clearance - all cheques are to be made payable to Sophie Sachs Limited please write your order number and item reference on the back. Use the shopping system to choose the item you wish to purchase. Then pick paying by cheque from the Payment Method selection before filling out your address details and send it to our address. All International Payments (including Republic of Ireland) We only accept direct bank transfers and all payments are to be received in GBP .Please email info@sophiesachs.co.uk to discuss which item you wish to purchase and how you wish to pay for it - overseas postage, packaging and insurance will be calculated and added to the total amount.

Despatch & Delivery Pay for your item by 2pm and it will be despatched same day for next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Monday to Thursday (Friday payment won't be despatched until following Monday) and must be signed for. Delivery of your Item UK including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands Included in the price of your item is free delivery, which covers postage, packaging and insurance by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next day. You will receive an email when the order is shipped with a tracking number. Europe For delivery to Western Europe please email us for additional shipping charges Rest of the world For delivery to Rest of the World please email us for additional shipping charges Delivery aims for the rest of the world are as follows: Western Europe 2-6 working days Rest of the World 4-10 working days International Orders All items will be sent out via Courier. There is a non-refundable charge for this, which includes postage, packaging and insurance. Please email info@sophiesachs.co.uk for charges. Items are usually sent out Monday to Thursday. The exact delivery time will be confirmed when the order has been placed. Please note that International orders may be subject to additional handling fees and Customs import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
